Picture day doesn't have to be Chaos! Crawford Photography has years of experience in dealing with league and school pictures.   You won't find just a single photographer trying to do everything on their own for large size photo shoots.  We size our crew to the event requirements and to meet your needs.  In addition we have a system that allows for a steady flow of athletes and coordinate the pictures around your schedule. Prior to Picture Day: Crawford Photography will discuss with you the days events and schedule and hand out envelopes for the teams to have with their time and date on the envelope so each team knows when and where to be for their pictures.  In most cases we would prefer to set up the schedule for the league with the leagues input.  This can allow for teams to be photographed on game days if needed. What to expect: 1. Crawford Photography arrives on site one hour ahead of time to set up for the event and will need access to set the light control tents.

2. The Coaches assemble the teams and check in at the designated area 3. The teams are lead to the cashier, where envelopes are checked and marked as paid and returned to the athlete

4. After check in the team forms a single line at the assigned area for their individual pictures, each athlete gives the photographer his/her envelope and will then have their picture taken

5. When all individual and "buddy" pictures are completed the team is lead to the team photography area.  The team picture is taken and then the team is dismissed

The end result = a well organized day, NO stress on the league or its organizers AND GREAT PICTURES!
